Our website is designed to keep you up to date with events and include reports on all our activities as well as features which we think will be of interest to you and visitors to Lymington and the New Forest Area.
Our aim is to promote the enjoyment and appreciation of visual arts and crafts by providing meetings, workshops and outings. We hold bi-annual exhibitions of members works, one in Lymington in the Spring and a Summer one on Milford village green in August.
Membership is £22 per annum.
Regular monthly meetings are held in the Lymington Community Centre, Cannon Street, Lymington Hampshire, SO41 9BR on the second Friday of each month. See the programme of events for further details. Visitors are always welcome at 7.30 pm for just a £3.00 fee which includes refreshments.
The progress we have made over the last three years has enabled us to start up this site and also improve our monthly meetings with an HD Camcorder and powerful projector showing on screen the work of the demonstrators. All members now get a good view of work being done and we now know that we can increase our membership without detracting from the pleasure we have all enjoyed in the past. Furthermore we can employ more expensive demonstrators and engage artists from further afield.
